Igarapé Mágico is a TV show with characters that come from a very special part of Brazilian fauna: Bitelo the pirarucu, Maná the manatee, Ceci the cobra, Cotinha the piranha, Jaca Zé the alligator and Quinha the frog. It’s made to preschool children and has its interests on teaching themes related to sustainability like garbage, pollution, water and the preservation of species. Besides the little animals Igarapé Mágico also counts with Iara, the mother of the water of the Brazilian indian mythology and a heron as a narrator.
